Target AudienceRNs: NPD practitioners; nurse leaders who influence professional practice (clinical ladder) programs

Description: This webinar describes the development, revision, and evaluation of a professional practice program. The program, based upon Benner's novice to expert model, is designed to recognize and reward expert nurses who remain at the bedside.

Outcome: This session will allow the learner to identify at least one innovative idea for sustaining a nursing professional development advancement (clinical ladder) program to implement into personal practice.

Continuing Education: The Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
